One of the most important features of the Segment Type SAMUEL Coiler is that individual pressure is exerted on each feed roll. This assures a better pulling power; less pressure on the wire; and less distortion, resulting in reduced wire breakage. As with all SAMUEL coilers, the adjustments for diameter and pitch are quick and easy. Now comes with electronic switch/clutch.

The front of this machine is designed for easy mounting of extra attachments. The change from torsion to regular is fast and simple. Also the accurate control of length and angles of torsion spring tails is assured.

The No. 0 segment type is also designed with a single gear adjustment which will increase wire feed from 21” to 35”.

The SAMUEL No. 1 Segment Type Machine, like the No. 0, features individual pressure exerted on each feed roll. This assures a better, firmer grip on the wire; better pulling power; less pressure on the wire; and less distortion resulting in reduced wire breakage. Now comes with electronic switch/clutch.

The front of this machine is designed for easy mounting or extra attachments. The change from torsion to regular is fast and simple. Also, the accurate control of length and angles of torsion spring tails is assured.

The No. 1 Segment Type; is also designed with a single gear adjustment which will increase wire feed from 39” to 90”.
