Spring Coiling Machine

T he SAMUEL continuous coiling and cutting machine, shown here, is a made to order unit for producing choke cable coil in lengths of 18 inches to 50 feet. This design feeds 180 to 450 feet of wire per minute.

The Standard SAMUEL No. 1 1/2-CC comes equipped with an electronic clutch which permits attachment of your own cut-off device. With the installation of an electric clutch and brake, this unit can be adapted to accommodate automatic cut-off at predetermined lengths.

The SAMUEL No. 1 1/2"-SRCC is equipped with a single revolution shaft putting ball on end of coil for sewer rod and cut-off on machine.
